ABOUT Us
Bridge to Possibilities (B2P) is committed to a world where Emerging Talent members who come from low-income, underserved, and devalued communities are empowered to lead, transform, and have a massive impact because of who they are, not despite it.
B2P is an initiative of people committed to creating real diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) experiences in both organizations and Emerging Talent communities. Our unique approach to DEI is through our innovative BADASS Leadership Development program.
The brilliance of this program is its simplicity.
B2P believes that the intersection between leadership and DEI is a powerful way to teach both.
Our stand is that everyone in an organization is a leader!
We Believe:
-
We believe that diversity creates strength when experienced.
-
We believe that dismantling racism and injustice in business and organizational cultures is critical.
-
We believe that brilliance is not defined by education or economic status -- it’s defined by lived experience, passion, and impact.
-
We believe that all benefit when there is an equitable representation at all levels of business and society.
-
We believe that we are better together when the White dominant culture is disrupted.
-
We believe that disruption has an important role in any transformation and are willing to get uncomfortable.
